THE RELIABLE RECALL

The terms and conditions apply.
WHY A RECALL COURSE?
A reliable recall is practically the ultimate challenge in dog training. However, many human-dog teams have considerable room for improvement when it comes to recall – it either works sometimes, when the dog is in the mood, or not at all.
But:
Being able to reliably call your dog back from all kinds of situations gives you security in everyday life .
If you can trust your dog and know that it will come back to you when you call it, you can also give it significantly more freedom and don't always have to walk it on a leash.
The better trained a dog is, the more freedom it can enjoy in its life. And the more relaxed and reliable everyday life with it will be!

CONTENT
The HUNDHOCH2 recall course is about safety in everyday life with your dog - through a reliable recall.
In this course, we place emphasis on:
- Recall training in small steps.
- Positive association of a newly chosen recall signal (word or whistle).
- Practicing a final position after the recall.
- Expertise on impulse control.
- Recall training under distraction.
Good to know:
- We practice in small steps and gradually increase the difficulty, even with distractions.
- The exercises build upon each other.
- A key focus of the course is to strengthen the human's standing and position in the dog's eyes. Free play with other dogs would only be disruptive, therefore it is omitted from the recall course.
