PRIVATE LESSONS / COUNSELING APPOINTMENTS
Private lessons and counseling appointments are useful and helpful if you want to discuss very specific questions or topics or train your dog to achieve specific learning goals. HUNDHOCH2 tailors its services to the needs of each individual human-dog team.

COURSE DETAILS
FEES / PRIVATE TRAINING or CONSULTING
- 90 minutes = CHF 130 CHF I 60 minutes = CHF 100
TRAINING LOCATION
Depending on your questions, topics, learning objectives, or course preferences.
- At home with your dog – if you want to work on topics related to the home environment (being alone, house training, a baby is joining the family, etc.).
- At the HUNDHOCH2 training sites (see menu bar – “Training Locations”)
- Or training in everyday life.
GENERAL INFORMATION / FEES
- The fee for private training and consultation includes travel expenses for journeys of up to 15 km.
- For longer journeys, travel expenses of CHF 1.00 per kilometer exceeding 15 km will be charged.
- The fee is payable in advance or at the latest at the beginning of the private lesson via TWINT.
- Any additional training or consultation time agreed upon will be invoiced separately and paid via TWINT after the private lesson.
APPOINTMENTS
- Private lessons or consultation appointments take place by mutual agreement.
- To book, select your desired appointment time under ONLINE BOOKING and complete the booking process.
- IMPORTANT: It is also possible to arrange times outside the time slots shown and bookable in the booking request. If you wish to do so, please discuss this directly with the course instructor during the first private training session.
CANCELLATION
- Private lessons or consultation appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance and in writing (by email, WhatsApp message, or text message) to the course instructor. Otherwise, they will be charged.
- The same applies to the cancellation of individual training sessions in a private course as to private lessons/consultation appointments.
- If you are absent without prior written cancellation, 100% of the training fee will be charged.
DELAYS
- Delays on the part of customers are at their own expense.
- Delays on the part of customers do not entitle them to a reduction in the fee.
- HUNDHOCH2 will wait a maximum of 15 minutes at the agreed meeting point.
- The remuneration for private training and consulting includes travel expenses for journeys of up to 15 km.
- For longer journeys, travel expenses of CHF 1.00 per kilometer exceeding 15 km will be charged.
- Payment is made either in advance or at the latest at the start of the private lesson via TWINT.
- Additional agreed training or consultation time will be billed separately and paid via TWINT after the private lesson.

GOOD TO KNOW
A trial lesson in a HUNDHOCH2 course is of course always open to you before you sign up for the full course. Please note, you will need to attend without your dog.
Please bring the following items to every private training session:
- Several poop bags.
- A well-fitting harness or collar.
- Puppies and young dogs must wear a harness.
- Leash, approximately 2 meters long. Or a towing leash, at least 3 meters long.
- No retractable leashes.
- A treat pouch for reward snacks, preferably with a waist belt or for attaching to a belt.
- "Jackpot" reward (lickable paste. Or small, soft and very high-quality food morsels, e.g., finely chopped sausages or small pieces of cheese).
- Normal, small and rather soft treats, about three handfuls.
- In warm weather, a bowl and water.
- In wet weather, you might want to bring a towel to dry the dog.
- In cold weather, you might want to provide a blanket/mat for the dog to lie on during training breaks.
- In wet/cold weather, a rain or thermal coat may be necessary for sensitive dogs.
- Durable clothing and weather-appropriate footwear.

RULES | CODE OF CONDUCT
HUNDHOCH2 kindly asks all customers to comply with the HUNDHOCH2 training code of conduct and the training rules.
These rules ensure that all training sessions run as smoothly as possible and that both people and dogs benefit from the training sessions to the fullest extent possible.
These are the most important rules. Additional rules can be found in the terms and conditions.
- Participants should arrive at the training location no later than 5 minutes before the start of training.
- Participating dogs may not be fed for at least 2 hours before training.
- There is a strict obligation to pick up dog waste on and around the training grounds, as is the case everywhere else in the canton of Zurich.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash when they come to training.
- Towing leashes may only be used with a chest harness.
- Please do not use retractable leashes during training – risk of injury.
- Digging holes is prohibited throughout the entire area.
- During training, customers' cell phones must remain silent in their pockets.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited during training.
- Insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
