HUNDHOCH2 wants dogs to be happy and well cared for by their owners. They want them to be treated fairly and to enjoy freedom in their daily lives. Therefore, HUNDHOCH2's training focuses on a sound , but absolutely non-violent, basic dog training program .
Furthermore, HUNDHOCH2 has made it its mission to make customers better dog owners than most people will ever be.
The basics of considerate and polite behavior are essential – both in encounters with other dog-human teams and with third parties. Knowledge of applicable laws is also crucial. Every dog owner MUST know: "What am I allowed, expected, and required to do when keeping a dog?"
WHY TRAINING MATERIALS?
Unlike many other dog schools, HUNDHOCH2 has taken the time and effort to create and print written course materials for each of the three basic training courses : the puppy, basic, and advanced courses .
Written course materials allow you to fully concentrate on listening and practicing during the course. And on yourself and your dog. You don't have to take notes.
The practical knowledge , i.e., what was shown and practiced in the course lessons, can be repeated, correctly practiced and consolidated at home.
This is ensured by the training card sets , which are available for each of the three basic training courses .
The theoretical knowledge that a good dog owner should have can be easily and calmly acquired at home.
Firstly, by means of a brochure provided by the veterinary office as preparation for the theory course.
But also through the knowledge folders that you receive from HUNDHOCH2 in the puppy and basic training courses . These contain, in addition to the learning objectives of the Zurich Veterinary Office for imparting theoretical knowledge, further information that HUNDHOCH2 considers important, helpful and useful.
THE HUNDHOCH2 TRAINING MATERIALS AT A GLANCE
PUPPY COURSE
Many dog owners start with the basic training and socialization of their four-legged friends in the HUNDHOCH2 puppy course .
You will receive the "Starter Package" – including a comprehensive knowledge folder and the "Starter" training card set. The training cards are individually usable, writable, and waterproof .
They make it possible to specifically repeat and practice individual exercises at home.
The set includes all the exercises that occur in puppy classes and that are needed to start good dog training .
PRACTICAL COURSE BASIC
In the practical course "Basic" , you receive the "Basic Package" - also with an extensive knowledge folder and the "Basic" training card set.
The set includes all the exercises covered in the basic course, ensuring a good foundation in dog training.
ADVANCED COURSE
There is no separate knowledge folder for the advanced course . All essential information is already contained in the starter and basic folders.
Of course, training cards are available - the "advanced training set" .
It includes all exercises that are new to the course and supplement and deepen the basic training.
DOES THAT COST EXTRA?
No. The costs for the packages (starter/basic) or for the advanced training card set are already included in the respective course fees.
